Arabic Language Diploma

Dear Student,
We warmly welcome you to Malik Academy and congratulate you on taking your first step toward learning and developing your Arabic language skills. We will do our utmost to meet your specific educational needs and are fully committed to supporting and assisting you throughout your studies.

Dear students,
To ensure a better and more effective learning experience at our academy, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:

Classroom Rules

  1. Students must arrive on time for the beginning of the lesson. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be counted as a full day of absence.
  2. Students are required to maintain calm and order inside and outside the classroom and must not disrupt lessons, such as sleeping during class, eating or drinking, side conversations, or interrupting the teacher.
  3. Maintaining the cleanliness of the school and classrooms is mandatory, including desks, walls, restrooms, and personal hygiene. Any damage to the institute’s property will result in the student bearing the repair or replacement costs.
  4. Absence without prior excuse is not permitted. Permission must be obtained from the school administration, and any absence must be justified with an official and acceptable excuse.
  5. Respect for teachers, administrators, and staff is required at all times, along with adherence to proper conduct within classrooms and school buildings. Discriminatory or offensive comments and any form of verbal or physical aggression are strictly prohibited.

Study Regulations

  1. Students must achieve a minimum average score of 65% in all required skills and maintain an attendance rate of at least 80% in order to advance to the next level.

  2. If a student fails both the first and second examination sessions in any level, they will be required to discontinue their studies and will not be permitted to continue to the remaining levels.

  3. Requests to postpone an exam are accepted only in emergency situations and must be supported by official documentation (such as a flight ticket, medical report, etc.).

  4. Students are required to complete all assignments and actively participate in class.

  5. To obtain the Arabic Language Diploma, students must successfully complete all four levels.
